By accessing or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use our services. Your continued use after any updates to these Terms means you accept the changes.

Giveaways — raffles, contests, and sweepstakes (subject to additional rules posted at time of entry)
Payback Arcade App — our iOS application
Payback Card Game — the physical card game and all associated expansions and editions
Specific features or products may have additional rules. When they do, those additional rules apply alongside these Terms. We may update or change our services at any time.

Access & Use
General Access
We grant you personal, non-commercial access to our services. We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access at any time, for any reason, at our discretion.
Availability
We don't guarantee that our services will be available at all times, error-free, or uninterrupted. Access may be limited due to circumstances outside our control, including internet connectivity or device issues.
Personal Use Only
Our services are for your personal use. Any commercial use — selling, reselling, exploiting our content or services for profit — is prohibited without our written permission.
Social Media
If you engage with us on social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.), those interactions are also governed by that platform's own terms. We're not responsible for how those platforms operate.

Code of Conduct
We want Payback to be a fun, welcoming community. If you interact with us or other users through our services, you agree not to:
Post or share content that is racist, hateful, threatening, or discriminatory
Harass, defame, or demean other users
Share pornographic, violent, or sexually explicit content
Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code
Use our services for illegal activity
Spam, troll, or post off-topic or repetitive content
Advertise unrelated products or services
Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to access our source code or systems
Impersonate us, our team, or other users
We reserve the right to remove content and ban users who violate this Code of Conduct. If you see a violation, let us know.

Content & Ownership
Our Content
Everything on our services — text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, code, and the game itself — belongs to Great Guy Games, LLC or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share our content for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission.
Your Content
If you submit or share content with us (photos, ideas, messages, social media posts tagging us, etc.), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content for any purpose, including promotion of our products. We're not obligated to compensate you for content you share with us.
You're responsible for anything you submit. Don't share content you don't own or have the right to share.
Trademarks
Payback, Great Guy Games, and our logos are our trademarks. Nothing in these Terms gives you the right to use them without our written permission.
Third-Party Links
Our services may link to third-party websites. We're not responsible for the content or practices of those sites. A link is not an endorsement.

Shop & Purchases
Purchasing
To purchase from our Shop, you must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate shipping and billing information. We can't guarantee timely or complete fulfillment if you provide incorrect details.
Pricing & Availability
All products are subject to availability. Prices and shipping costs are listed at time of checkout and may change. We reserve the right to adjust pricing due to changes in production costs, logistics, or market conditions.
Discounts
We may offer promotional discounts from time to time. We can't guarantee that a discount will be available at the time of your purchase, and we're not obligated to honor expired promotions.
Refunds
All sales are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment, risk of loss or damage transfers to you. If your order doesn't arrive or arrives damaged, contact us at karel@paybackcardgame.com and we'll work with you on a resolution.
Pre-Orders & Crowdfunding
Some products may be available for pre-order before they're produced or shipped. By placing a pre-order, you understand that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by production, manufacturing, global logistics, or events outside our control. We'll do our best to keep you updated and deliver as promised.
Shopify & Third-Party Providers
Our shop runs on Shopify. By purchasing, you also agree to Shopify's Terms of Service. Fulfillment of your order may also involve payment processors, shipping carriers, and other third parties whose terms apply.

Age Requirements
General: You must be at least 7 years old to use our services. Users under 13 must have parental consent.
18+ Products: The DEGEN Edition and the NSFW Spell Expansion are intended for adults only. You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or use these products. By purchasing them, you confirm you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to cancel orders we have reason to believe are placed by minors.

Disclaimers
Our services and products are provided "as is" and "as available" — without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We don't warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. If you download anything from our services, you do so at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Great Guy Games, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services or products — even if we've been told such damages are possible.
Some jurisdictions don't allow limitations on liability. If that applies to you, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law, with a full exception for death, bodily injury, or gross negligence.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Great Guy Games, LLC and its team from any claims, damages, costs, or legal fees arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of our services, or your content — except where the claim arises from our own gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Wyoming.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms. We may assign ours freely.
Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the Terms remain in full effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any product-specific terms, represent the full agreement between you and Great Guy Games, LLC regarding your use of our services.
